Increased inside diameter overbore to a depth of 5 inches to provide a lip on the back of the ID bore for improved compatibility with rock coring equipment.
To improve compatibility with rock coring equipment such as NWL rock coring bits and our 3.75 casing, Geoprobe® has increased the inside diameter overbore to a depth of 5 inches, providing a lip on the back of the ID bore. The changes improve the fit with standard NWL coring bits.
