The talented Patriot Services team in Pennsylvania – with decades of experience from within the Schramm organization supporting mud rotary and air rotary rigs around the world – joined the Geoprobe®/DRILLMAX® family of service centers April 1, 2021. From air rotary, to mud rotary, to direct push, Geoprobe®/DRILLMAX® now offers service expertise, tools, and parts inventory from three locations across the United States – Pennsylvania, Florida, and Kansas.

creates the common bond between the team of Patriot Services technicians at the new Geoprobe®/DRILLMAX® East Coast Service Center in Oxford, Pennsylvania, with team members at the existing Southeast Service Center in Ocala, Florida, and Factory Service Center in Salina, Kansas. The joining of forces amplifies the ability of the Geoprobe®/DRILLMAX® East Coast Service Center team in Pennsylvania to grow their service and engineering talents, serving a broader spectrum of the drilling industry.

Amidst the changes, the Geoprobe®/DRILLMAX® East Coast Service Center team remains committed to applying their expertise and engineering backgrounds to renewing drill rigs through high-quality refurbishments.
“They outdid our expectations, and they have great customer support,” said Mark Ortman, co-owner of Ortman Drilling & Water Services, Indiana, who had their 2005 Schramm T450M mud rotary rig with 15,000 hours refurbished by the Pennsylvania team during late 2020.
Current customers can continue to rely on all the after-market Patriot equipment and Patriot services they’ve come to depend upon from the Pennsylvania location. They just have a new name to remember: Geoprobe®/DRILLMAX® East Coast Service Center. New customers can expect the industry-leading service they’ve come to expect from the Geoprobe®/DRILLMAX® name.

Just one mile west of I-135 and an hour and half north of Wichita or two and half hours west of Kansas City, the drill rig service team keeps customers in the field through telephone service support or in shop repairs.
Just one mile west of I-75 and an hour northwest of Orlando, drillers have come to rely on the drill rig service team with double-digit years of hands-on experience servicing Geoprobe® and DRILLMAX® rigs for helpful answers or intensive rig fixes.
