The 7822DT has the power to complete rotational drilling projects with the optional two and four speed rotary heads. The two speed head has a top speed of 150 rpm, and the four speed head has a top speed of 750 rpm. When running SPT through 3.25 inch hollow stem augers, the auto drop hammer can be swung into place over the borehole. Rock coring can be completed using the four-speed GA4100 high speed water swivel system. Diamond core drilling is done on the 7822DT using industry standard wireline diamond coring drilling tools. Both head options have up to 4,000 ft-lbs of force.
