The ideal candidate finds joy in delighting the customer in a wide range of ways including relationship building, follow through on details, and even assisting customers with unexpected rig service issues. The successful candidate will learn our products, systems and technology while leveraging personal strengths and abilities. This individual will work closely with our sales team serving as a crucial link between our customers and the rest of our company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform rig demonstrations with customers
  • Assist or complete basic rig service projects. Coordinate repairs on larger projects
  • Train customers on use of rigs and tooling systems
  • Able to travel

Job Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team oriented -enjoys working with a team
  • Strong relationship building & interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong ownership of projects with attention to detail
  • Able to orchestrate multiple activities to accomplish a goal
  • Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish, especially in the face of setbacks
  • Bilingual – English & French (Canadian Rep)
