Geoprobe® /DRILLMAX®® is looking for a high character individual to join our Service Center support team. This team specializes in providing customer support over the phone to clients running Geoprobe®/DRILLMAX® machines. Successful candidates will have a solid background in hydraulic systems, powertrains, and DC electrical systems. In addition, the candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and a drive to persevere in identifying and solving problems over the phone with clients in pressure situations.
The successful candidate can expect hands-on opportunities and training to learn about our product. A strong mechanical background, a desire to learn, and a natural curiosity are all important for success in this position. This team enjoys the benefits of being a small horizontal work group where everyone has opportunities for customer interaction and variety in daily tasks. Employees are expected to be professional in appearance, conduct, speech, and communication. Ability to travel and work on equipment is required.
