Summary

The Sales/CS Support position is part of a team that strives to stand out in the drilling industry utilizing the latest sales & marketing tools to tell our story throughout the environmental, geotechnical, and water well industries. The successful candidate will begin learning our systems and technology aiming to grow in knowledge, capability and responsibility in this position by leveraging personal strengths and abilities. This position will be involved in a wide range of sales activities including customer interaction, data entry, data analysis, and reporting. This position will collaborate with both sales and customer service to support the vision while working to be an asset to internal and external customers. Individuals who have a high degree of integrity and humility with a strong desire to serve and satisfy others are encouraged to apply. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales/customer service with planning and implementing team objectives
  • Collaborate with others and execute new initiatives that advance our knowledge of our customers
  • Help the team organize and coordinate events such as trade shows and demo events
  • Provide administrative support for sales & customer service
  • Professionally represent the company by greeting customers over the phone and directing them to appropriate individuals/groups. (Back-up phone support)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ownership of projects with high attention to detail
  • Able to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
  • Writes clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers
  • Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish, especially in the face of setbacks
  • Proficient Microsoft Office; Strong MS-Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Concentrates efforts on the more important priorities efficiently and effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Content Management Systems
