Damaged Package Information
If you receive a package from Geoprobe® that appears to be damaged, please do the following:
- Please inspect packages or pallets for damage at the time of delivery
- Have the delivery driver note any damage before signing for the shipment
- Damage to look for: crushed, torn, opened, punctured, clear tape, torn plastic wrap, broken straps
- Take pictures of the damage and send to Geoprobe® sales rep
- Noting damage at the time of delivery helps recover cost
