If you receive a package from Geoprobe® that appears to be damaged, please do the following:

  • Please inspect packages or pallets for damage at the time of delivery
  • Have the delivery driver note any damage before signing for the shipment
  • Damage to look for: crushed, torn, opened, punctured, clear tape, torn plastic wrap, broken straps 
  • Take pictures of the damage and send to a Geoprobe® sales rep
  • Noting damage at the time of delivery helps recover cost
